1) What percentage peroxide is your gel?
Our gel formula is 6% pure organic hydrogen peroxide. Our gel is made fresh with organic ingredients and stabilisers to ensure we reach each client expectation every treatment.


2) What treatments do you have available?

We currently offer 3 treatments. Express Treatment, Triple Treatment and Bright White Glow.

Express Treatment is only used after you have had a Triple Treatment or Bright White Glow and can be 2 or 3x 20min session.

Triple Treatment. This is the most popular treatment. This treatment is 3x 20mins session.

Bright White Glow. This is our signature white treatment. This treatment is 2x Triple Treatments applied one week apart from each other.

 

3) How often do i need to get my teeth whitened?

We recommend getting an Express Treatment after your initial treatment to ensure your teeth stay whiter for longer. After your Express Treatment, depending on your diet and lifestyle, we suggest your next treatment to be approximately in 12 - 18 months.

 

4) What can i do to maintain my white teeth?
YOU can purchase our take home pen for tough ups for $20 and avoid dark coloured food and drinks


5) Are there any risks or side effects associated with teeth whitening?

Teeth whitening is a purely cosmetic procedure. In the unlikely even of a reaction to our formula, please contact your local doctor, dentist or Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26

 

6) How white will my teeth get?

Our Triple Treatment can get your teeth up to 8 shades whiter in 1 treatment. Please note: The composition of each person's teeth is different and results may vary from person to person.

 

7) What is the difference with cosmetic teeth whitening and dentist in-chair whitening?

The difference is dentist generally use a higher percentage hydrogen peroxide which cause a lot of unnecessary sensitivity. No matter if you have a dentist or a teeth whitening technician whiten you teeth, you will see instant results with both professions.

 

8) Can i eat or drink before or after the treatment?

YOU may eat and drink prior to your appointment, in fact we recommend having a snack prior to your appointment. We don't recommend you brush your teeth for 2 hours prior to your appointment and you are not to consume anything apart from water for 1 hour after your appointment and you must do a white diet for 24 - 48 hours after your appointment.

 

9) Do you need any dental experience to do teeth whitening?

The short answer is no. There is no actual accredited course to complete to become a teeth whitening technician however, our Bright White Glow technicians have had extensive training to ensure the high level of safety is attained by each team member and the expectations are achieved.

 

10) Does teeth whitening damage the enamel on my teeth?

No. Teeth whitening is a cosmetic procedure. Our gel is designed to remove the stains from the surfaces of the teeth and not change the actual structure of the tooth itself.

 

11) Is there anyone teeth whitening is not suitable for?

We will not whiten anyone teeth that is under the age of 16 without parental supervision and signed consent or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

 

12) Is there any sensitivity associated with teeth whitening?

Our formula of gel has been created to assist with the any sensation of sensitivity. As mentioned above, the composition of each person's teeth are different and so you may experience little to no sensitivity.
